When to Decide to Accept the Qadr of Allah

This video was recorded in answer to the following question: Sheikh I have a question: When does a person decide to accept the Qadr of Allah and give up on an ambition, for example I have been trying to study for a certain exam and worked extremely hard in revising. Unfortunately however, I have failed twice now and so I am not sure if I should move on or keep taking the exam. These are very expensive exams. I just don’t know when I should quit and move on.
